The guestrooms at Villa Tangalle Lagoon were absolutely wonderful! With 24-hour room service and premium bedding, it felt like a cozy home away from home for this old timer like me. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a bonus too!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in the room. I prefer to explore the local area and try out different dining options, so I didn't really utilize it.

The rooms at Villa Tangalle Lagoon are amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi and air conditioning. The private balcony is a nice touch, perfect for enjoying the view. The en suite bathroom is spacious and has a great shower.
Personally, I found the hair dryer in the bathroom to be a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

We stayed at Villa Tangalle Lagoon for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beachfront location was incredible, and the room was decorated with flowers, balloons, and petals in the shape of a heart. We also enjoyed the private pool and access to a larger pool in the main area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities like diving and fishing, providing endless entertainment for our children. The airport shuttle service made our arrival and departure hassle-free, allowing us to focus on creating unforgettable memories. The friendly and helpful staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We especially appreciated their assistance in organizing family fishing trips. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated kids' club.

Lovely private villa with a pool, and the staff was excellent. We were provided with mosquito-fighting amenities and the villa was modernly furnished with a sound system and outdoor shower. The location in Tangalle was convenient. Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning ocean view from the room. The wildlife around the hotel was a treat to see, with lizards, peacocks, and even monkeys making appearances. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also a plus, being close to the beach and within walking distance of the town.
The breakfast at the hotel wasn't up to par. Although the price and location made up for it, there were plenty of other nearby options for a more satisfying morning meal.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel, with its elegant and calming ambiance. The general areas were well maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation throughout the property and comfortable seating areas for resting.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more assistance and guidance to senior guests, especially in terms of finding their way around the property.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The way they adorned the rooms and the common areas with vibrant colors and elegant furnishings was simply delightful. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for a senior woman like me to relax and enjoy my vacation. Additionally, the hotel's layout and design were very senior-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate around without any trouble. The walkways were wide, the stairs had handrails, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas to rest and take in the surroundings.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working at the hotel to be more attentive and helpful. While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where I felt that they could have been more proactive in assisting me and other senior guests.
